Tofu and Greens

This is hands down the best tofu I have ever tasted!


For the maranade you'll need;
2 tbsp Tamari
1tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic

Combine all these in a bowl then toss 1cm thick and about 5cm wide slices of firm tofu, leave to sit for half and hour stirring every few minutes. Then sautee in a skillet for about 2 mins each side of the tofu and you have yourself the yummiest tofu ever!
For the side I boiled baby brussel sprouts and asparagus then sat them on a bed of rocket, baby spinach and green oak lettuce.  But I'd imagine this would be really nice with kale as well!
